Cynthia Hayes

Cynthia R. Hayes, 68 of Greensburg, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2021 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital.

She was born December 3, 1952 a daughter of the late Max  and Helen (Lorenzen) Honeywell.

She had a great knack for decorating. She loved her family tremendously and took pride in making a comfortable home for them. Her love for her grandchildren was her guiding light through this all. She will be missed dearly.

Surviving are her husband, Gerald Hayes; her daughter, Megan Perillo and husband, Joe; her son, Brian Hemmick and wife, Rachael Grasso; stepchildren, Jacob Hayes and Meredith King; her beloved grandchildren, Luca and Lorenzo Perillo and Brynlee and Landon King; her sisters, Angie Saunders and Pam Heater; and two special cousins, Stacey Stanley and Marlene Stone.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from noon until 3pm  at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Services will be held on Thursday at 3pm with Pastor Steven L. Craft officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 510 Pellis Road, Suite 203, Greensburg, PA 15601.
