Gerald Hegland

Gerald L. Hegland, 72, of Greensburg passed away Monday 5/24/09 in the Excela Westmoreland Hospital. He was born in Trafford on 8/6/36 and was the son of the late Charles Raymond and Susan Elizabeth Hegland. Gerald was Lutheran by faith and was preceded in death besides his parents by a brother Charles Leonard Hegland and a sister Anna Elizabeth Laird. He is survived by his two sisters Dolores Mull Yensen of North Huntingdon and Lois Jean Mull and husband William of Trafford. Also several nieces and nephews and all his extended family at Community Living Care in Greensburg. Family and friends will be received at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home 524 N. Main St Greensburg on Thursday from 10:30 till 12:30 followed by a service at 12:30 with Pastor Arthur Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery in Irwin.
