Marjorie Wise

Marjorie L. Wise, 88, of Jeannette passed away at St. Anne Home in Greensburg on Dec. 28, 2016.
She was the widow of Robert C. Wise who died in 2012. Mrs. Wise was born on Sep. 15, 1928 at Brave, PA, the daughter of William Mundell Morris and Anna Thralls Morris.
She was a descendant of several of the earliest settlers of what is now Greene County PA including Captain George Morris who was the commandant at Garard’s Fort during the American Revolution. Mrs. Wise was a full-time homemaker and mother who raised five grateful and loving children, all of whom survive; Kim of Lebanon, OH, Kevin (Sharon) of Greensburg, Brad of Bedford PA, Kuyler of Cleveland OH and Doug. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two brothers; Rex Morris of Schenectady NY and Ronald Morris of Hartford CT. Another brother, Floyd, died in infancy.
Arrangements are being handled by the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home Greensburg PA.
There will be no visitation and graveside services will be private. Interment will be in the Eakin Cemetery, Wana WV.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to the St. Anne Home 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, PA.
