Ashleigh Nicole VanHorn

Our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and best friend, Ashleigh Nicole VanHorn went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April the 14^th.  Born in Jeannette, Pennsylvania on October 28, 2001, to Frank VanHorn and Candace Bosco.

Ashleigh was a free spirited and caring soul who had nothing but love in her heart. To summarize, she was a light for so many. Her passions in this world included music, singing, art, soccer, and so much more.  She loved bonfires, carpool karaoke, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.  Ashleigh had an infectious smile and energy that could light up any room, which then was typically followed by a witty comment to make everyone laugh. She loved surprises, whether it was giving a gift or showing up at your house unexpectedly just because she missed you.

Ashleigh’s presence in our lives will be profoundly missed. When you think of Ashleigh, continue to Live, Laugh and Love; remembering that life is a precious gift that should be lived to the fullest knowing that what we do in this life ripples into eternity. 

Ashleigh leaves behind her mother Candace and husband Matt, father Frank and fiancé Linay, sister Keirsten and boyfriend Mike, siblings Braeden and Micah, grandparents Arlene, Jim, Melvajo and Ike and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 4 to 8 pm in the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC  524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.  Ashleigh’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am at Alpha Ministries 243 Pleasant Valley Road, Jeannette, Pa. 15644.
