Audrey Ann (Olmer) Reid, 82, of Greensburg, PA peacefully passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. Audrey was born on June 26, 1938 in Youngwood, PA, a daughter of the late W. Carle Olmer, Sr. and Ruth L. (Smith) Olmer.

Audrey graduated Salutatorian from Youngwood High School in Youngwood, PA in 1956 where she was an accomplished gymnast and tumbler. Audrey was also an avid golfer who excelled at the sport throughout her life. Audrey’s other hobbies included gardening, crocheting, and baking.

Audrey was a devoted Protestant and long-time member of the United Maplewood Presbyterian Church in Greensburg, PA.

Audrey was a professional painter who proudly owned and operated her own business, Audrey’s Ceramics, where her work was prominently showcased at annual events such as Ligonier Days and Seven Springs Autumn Fest to name a few.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her twin granddaughters, Olivia P. and Sophia M. Reid.

Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Gerry G. Reid, son Matthew D. Reid and wife Kristie, son Jeremy S. Reid, granddaughters Emily Reid and Audrey Reid Howard, sister, Carole L. (Olmer) Graham and husband, Donald, brother William C. Olmer, Jr. and wife, Janet.

Honoring Audrey’s wishes, services will be private and limited to her immediate family.

Private interment will be held in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Pittsburgh, 2835 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
