Barbara Nanney

Barbara Joan Quist Nanney, 88, of Greensburg, formerly of Saltsburg, made her final journey on April 3, 2021, and is now with her beloved savior.

She passed from this life to a better place, and is in heaven pursuing her love of antiques, glassware, gardening, reading and enriching the lives of those around her.

In the final stages of her journey, she lived her life the same way that she always had--with beauty, love, grace and dignity.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Veronica & Oswald Quist, her husband Lawrence and her daughter Josienne.

Her four children Patricia (and Terry), Michael (and Tricia), Paul (and Brenda), and Mary (and Chris) are saddened by her departure.

She will be missed as well by her eleven grandchildren: Heidi, Ezra, Colin, Rosie, Robin, Julie, Grace, Isabella, Rebecca, Gabriel, and Eden; and by her great grandchildren: Willow, Violet, Eamon, Greyson, and Arwen.

May she rest in peace, knowing she is beloved.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg.  Barbara’s funeral mass will be held on Wednesday at 1 pm in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, 300 North Main Street, Greensburg.   Please everyone go directly to the church.  Interment will follow in St. Matthews Cemetery, Saltsburg.  All visitors are asked to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
