Betty K. Freeman, 83 of Greensburg passed away, Friday, July 17, 2015.
She was born on January 31, 1932 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Michael and Ann (Pasko) Kurtaneck.
Betty loved working outside in the yard tending to her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed reading.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Terry Freeman and also by two sisters, Doris Weimer and Nancy Bianco.
Surviving are her son, Jeffrey Freeman and wife, Joyce of Mt. Pleasant; a daughter, Diane Stokum and a granddaughter, Katrina. She is also survived by three sisters, Helen Zadorozny of Garden Grove, CA, Eleanor Moore of St. Petersburg, FL, Eileen Charley of Niles, OH; a brother, Gary Kurtaneck, and also numerous nieces and nephews.
Honoring Betty's wishes there will be no public visitation.
A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11am in the Westmoreland Co. Memorial Park, Greensburg.
