Beverly Anne Lexa, 78 of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, passed away, Tuesday,October 9, 2012.
She was born June 22, 1934, daughter of the late Elmo and Catherine Preston.
Beverly is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Joseph Lexa, Sr.
Beverly was a caring, giving and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Beverly will be sadly missed by her three children, Robert (Shelley) Lexa, Lori (Daniel) Scanlon and William (Eileen) Lexa. Three grandchildren, Lee (Kelly) Lexa, Afton Lexa and Ryan Lexa. and sister, Gail (Donald) Knapfel and numerous nieces and nephews.
Beverly enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, embroidering, and cooking. She also enjoyed her weekly shopping and luncheons with her sister and brother in law.
She was a member of the Helping Hearts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Association 444 Liberty Ave Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-1207.
Respecting our mother's wishes, there will be a memorial service officiated by Rev. Larry McDonnell held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 3pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, (an authorized remembrance provider) 524 North Main Street Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
