Beverly A. Worthy, 65, of Ford City, passed away Friday, Dec. 13, 2013.
She was born Aug. 7, 1948, in West Vandergrift, a daughter of the late LeRoy Grinder and Thelma (Blake) Glavis.
Beverly was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Ford City. She enjoyed traveling, RVing, doing crafts and cooking. Beverly particularly enjoyed spending time with family and she loved her pet dogs.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela.
Surviving is her loving husband, Lawrence Worthy; daughters, Kim Gunn, Tammy BiaLowas and Lori McCollough; grandchildren, Justin BiaLowas, Jehna BiaLowas and Zachary Shaffer; a sister, Louise Johnson and husband, Ivan; brothers, Luther Grinder and wife, Vivian, and Jeff Grinder and wife, Nancy; and an aunt, Audrey Edwards.
Family and friends will be received 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 North Main St., Greensburg, where services will also be held 8 p.m. Monday, with Pastor April Dailey officiating.
Interment will take place at Eddyville Cemetery.
