Brian M. Trout, 52, of Greensburg, died May 14, 2012, peacefully at home surrounded by his family after a courageous five year battle with cancer. He was born May 19, 1959. He is the son of the late, Merle E. Trout and Ruth I. Trout of Hunker.
He worked for Suburban Propane (formerly Agway Energy Products) for 34 years. He was a member of St. Paul Seanor Lutheran Church, Crabtree Sportsman, and the VFW in Mt Jewitt, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Dale R. Topper and his niece, Crystal Spinella. He is survived by his wife of nearly 32 years, Denise (Topper) Trout, a daughter, Sharon Markovich and her husband Mylo of Greensburg, a son, Brian (BJ) Trout of Greensburg and his girlfriend, Amanda Jellison, and his twin grandsons, Mylo and Brian Markovich. He is also survived by his sisters, Judy Spinella, (Andrew) of Scottdale, Connie Glass of Vanderbilt, and Lisa Colarusso (Todd) of Hunker, an uncle Delmos Trout (Janice) of Chicago, his father-in-law, Dale C. Topper of Hunker, and his sister-in-laws, Debbie Mickey (Curt) of Greensburg, and Doris Chaffee, (Steve) of Greensburg, and numerous nieces and nephews. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, off road racing especially racing his dune buggy, going to camp, and spending time with his friends and family.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm and Thursday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9 at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home ( an authorized remembrance provider) 524 North Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601 where services will be held Friday at 11am with Pastor Sam Scheiderer officiating.
Interment will follow at St Clair Cemetery.
