Carolyn Ann Barrick, 68, of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Greensburg Care Center.
She was raised by Bill and Dorothy Lambert. Carolyn is survived by her son Brian Barrick and wife, Rachel of San Diego.
Honoring Carolyn's wishes there will be no public visitation.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday at 2pm at Penn Towers 137 Harrison Ave., Greensburg.
