Chandrima Barua, 62 of Greensburg, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2011 in her home.
She was born Friday, June 18, 1948 in Bangladesh, Daughter of the late Dwarika Mohan Barua and Sati Rani Barua.
Chandrima has lived in the area for 35 years and was a Buddhist by faith. She had worked as a pre- school teacher.
Surviving are her loving husband, Dr. Subrata Prasad Barua and Sons, Pierre Sumit Barua and wife Tima , and Eric Amit Barua along with her many brothers and sisters.
Family and Friends will be received Sunday from 11 to 2 pm at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg, PA. followed by services at 2 pm on Sunday.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 863 Georges Station Road, Greensburg, Pa. 15601.
