Charles Waugaman Sr

April 4, 1929 — March 18, 2010

Charles E. Waugaman, Sr., 80 of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010 in Excela Latrobe Hospital.

He was born April 4, 1929 in Hannastown, a Son of the late Daniel Waugaman and Dora Waugaman Harrison.
Charle had served in the Navy during WW II and was the owner of Waugaman Awning Company in Greensburg.
He was an avid outdoorsman. Charle was an endowment member of the N.R.A. and a Past President and life member of the Sportsman Association of Greensburg, and Life member of the North American Hunting Club .

In addition to his Parents he was preceded in death by a stepson Brian, and two sisters Pearl and Dorothy.

Surviving are his loving wife Sally Waugaman and the following children, Charles Waugaman, Jr. and wife Evelyn, Jimmie Waugaman and wife Judy, Clint Waugaman, Kirk Waugaman, and Sherry Shick and husband Rick. He is also survived by two Brothers, Daniel (Boone) Waugaman, and Jack Waugaman and wife Norma, a Sister, Ruth Sullivan and Fourteen Grandchildren, April, Chip and wife Dana, Tina, Jamie Merando and husband Jay, Jessica, Jodi, Jeremy, Ashley, Keely, Paige, Annalee,Tiffany Campbell, Royce and Zachary and Seven Great-Grandchildren: Colby, Carter, Camden, Tyler, Cate, Brody, and Tyler.

Family and friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc. 524 north main St. Greensburg..
A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home, on Monday, at 10 Am with Mr. Gordon Williams officiating.

Interment with full military honors accorded by the VFW Post 33 will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery.

The Waugaman family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Salvation Army, West Otterman Street, Greensburg..
