Daniel F. Dunn, 75, of Greensburg, passed away, Thursday, July 2, 2009 in Excela Health Jeannette Hospice. He was born October 26, 1933 in Greensburg a son of the late George Dunn and Margaret Lelich Dunn Breeze.
Mr. Dunn retired from Elliott Co. Jeannette with 44 years service where he worked as an assembler. He was a member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ, Greensburg where he served as an usher and a member of the consistory. Mr. Dunn served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of the Roosevelt Club and the club bowling league. He never met anyone he didn't like.
He is survived by his wife Janice Watson Dunn; a daughter, Rebecca Emily Dunn; a son, Dennis Mark Dunn; a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Dunn all of Greensburg; three grandchildren, Sonya Trice and husband Mark; Brittany Dunn and Nathan Daniel Dunn; two sisters, Eva Mae Summy and husband Wendell of Mt. Pleasant; Betty Jean Stine of Greensburg; two brothers, M. James Dunn and wife Barbara of Jeannette; and William J. Dunn and wife Nancy of Greensburg and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, David Matthew Dunn.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm in the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 524 N. Main St. Greensburg with additional visitation on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am the hour of services with Rev. Steven Craft officiating.
