David Wilkinson, 59 of Scottdale, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Excela Frick Hospital.
He was born March 15, 1953 in Washington, PA, and was the son of the late Jack and Marjorie Wilkinson.
David was a member and President of the North Hempfield Fire Department with 43 years of service.
He was a self-employed carpenter and had a passion for his woodworking .
Besides his parents, David was preceded in death by a brother, George, and a sister, Kathy.
Surviving are his daughters, Melissa Leeper and husband Jeff and Shannon Bintrim and husband Ty, and three brothers, Jack, Jay, and Tim Wilkinson.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, (an authorized remembrance provider) 524 North Main Street, Greensburg.
Services will be held on Thursday at 11 am in the funeral home with Rev. Martin Ankrum officating..
Interment will be held at Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
