Donald R. Conte passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012. He was born March 27, 1938, in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Dominick and Sarah (Furko) Conte. After 32 years of continual service, Mr. Conte retired as Vice President of the James A. Redding Co (Riggs Industries). He was a member of St. Vincent Basilica Church, Latrobe, and served in the US Army from 1961 to 1967. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine (Foley) Conte; his devoted children: Donald Conte (Angela) of Providence, RI, Todd Conte (Elaine) of Murrysville, and Keith Conte of San Francisco, CA. Don is also survived by five grandchildren: Victoria, Daniel, Christina, Dominic and Troy. He was the nephew of Genevieve Conte Hissem and Charles Conte. Family and friends will be received at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 524 N. Main St. Greensburg, 15601, Friday from 1-3pm and 6-9pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am in St. Vincent Basilica Church, Latrobe. Interment will be private.

Funds will be used to support local programs consistent with many of Don's philanthropic interests.
