Dorothy Q. Davison, 95 of Greensburg passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2011 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital.
She was born Thursday, November 11, 1915 in Greensburg, Daughter of the late George and Lillian Quinlivan.
Dorothy was a retired employee of the Greensburg Salem School District.
She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Greensburg.
She was preceded in death besides her parents by her husband John McKlveen Davison Jr. and two sisters, Hulda Quinlivan and Katherine McArdle and two brothers Lawrence and Robert Quinlivan.
Surviving are her three Daughters, Judith Ann Davison, Nancy Hubert and husband William all of Greensburg, Dottie Jenkins and husband Ron of Ohio and a John M. Davison III and wife Mary Beth of West Mifflin along with her five grandchildren Stacey Hubert, Blair and Collin Jenkins and Lauren and Paige Davison and three step grandchildren Michael, Andrew and Sam Fogel.
Dorothy's family would like to thank the Doctor's and staff of both Westmoreland Hospital and hospice for their excellent care and compassion given to their mother.
Family and Friends will be received Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.
A prayer service will be held on Thursday in the funeral home at 9:15 am followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10 am in the St. Joseph's Chapel at the Bishop Connare Center, Rte.# 30 East, Greensburg.
Interment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Excela Westmoreland Home Health Care and Hospice, 134 Industrial Park Road, Greensburg, Pa. 15601.
