Dorothy Fox

Dorothy J. (Ruff) Fox, of Latrobe, wife of the late Eldin W. Fox Sr., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, Saturday, May 30, 2015. Dorothy was the daughter of Lloyd Turner and Mary Peters Ruff of Ruffs Dale, PA. She was a great servant of the church and dedicated mother and wife. Dorothy is survived by her six children and their families, Frances A. Johnson, Eldin W. Fox, Paul K. Fox, Mark L. Fox, Carol (Lynn) Fox and Amy B. Shriver. The extended family includes 14 grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Center Bethel Church in Alverton, PA on July 11, 2015, from 2-4 PM. The service will be a celebration of life in Christian song and passage. A private family ceremony will be held directly after, at the the Alverton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations be made to Camp Sonrise Mountain, c/o Brenda Dix, PO Box 231 Indian Head, PA 15446 in memory of Dorothy J. Fox. The Kepple-Graft Funeral Home of Greensburg have been entrusted with the arrangements.
