Elaine Davis

Elaine Park Davis, 84, of Greensburg, died, Thursday, September, 1, 2022.  She was born January 13, 1938, to Floyd and Miriam Park, of Southwest Greensburg.  She grew up in Southwest Greensburg, attended Welty Street School, and graduated in 1955 from Greensburg High School.  She graduated from Carnegie Tech in 1959, with a degree in Home Economics. On June 14, 1958, she married Paul A. Davis, of Greensburg. Elaine and Paul had three sons:  Jeff, Randy, and Chris.  Over the years, Elaine served as bookkeeper for both Goulding-Immel Auto Service and Redstone Presbytery.  She also served as Director of Christian Education for Westminster Presbyterian Church.  Elaine enjoyed reading, sewing, and singing, having been a charter member of the Westmoreland Choral Society.  Elaine was predeceased by her parents, and by her daughter-in-law, Karen Davis, wife of Jeff. Elaine is survived by her husband of 64 years, Paul, and by Jeff and Randy, both of Greensburg, and by Chris and Jacqueline Davis, and their daughters Hannah and Molly, the loves of Elaine’s life, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Elaine is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Jean Park, and by many cousins, nieces and nephews. During Elaine’s final illness, she was under the compassionate care of Bridges Hospice, for which the Davis Family is extremely grateful. Per Elaine’s wishes, there will be no visitation and services will be private.  Funeral arrangements are by Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg.
