Elizabeth Therese Schuck, 92 formerly of Greensburg Pennsylvania passed away, Sunday, September20, 2015 at Memorial Herman Hospital in Katy, TX.
She was born June 21, 1923 in Port Carbon, PA, daughter of the late John and Myrtle Reidler McKenna. She was a beloved mother, whose life was dedicated to her children.
She was a member of St. Faustima Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Gust Schuck in 1997 and by a sister Rosemary Combs, her brother John McKenna, also a granddaughter Alexandra Baumann.
She is survived by five daughters, Elizabeth A Tobin and husband, Douglas of Mechanicsburg PA. , Marilyn L. Stoecklein and husband, George of Level Green PA., Geraldine M. Baumann and husband, Patrick of Camp Hill PA., Margaret Itzel of Katy Texas, and Karen P. Fields and husband, Reed of Katy Texas; two sons, William G. Schuck Jr. and wife, Joan of Harrisburg PA., Joseph H. Schuck and wife, Ann of Palm Harbor Florida; a brother, Joseph McKenna of Pottsville PA. ; Sisters, Lenore Lorenc of Port Carbon PA., Georgene Selesky from Scotrun PA, Dolores McKenna of Philadelphia PA. Elizabeth also had seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday September 30th from 2-4 and 6-8 at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg PA.
Prayers of transfer will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, October 1 at 9:30am. Her funeral mass will follow at 10am at St Bruno Catholic Church, 1715 Poplar St, Greensburg, PA 15601 with Rev. Lawrence Manchas officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hillview Cemetery, Greensburg.
