Esther C. Duncan, 96, of Greensburg formerly of Forest Hills, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015.
She was born September 25, 1919 in Turtle Creek, PA, daughter of the late James S. and Shirley L. Caldwell.
Mrs. Duncan attended Carnegie Tech and Indiana Univeristy of PA and taught math at Wilkins Jr. High in the former Churchill Area School District. While living in Greensburg, she attended Otterbein UMC, but she was a faithful member of McMaster's United Methodist Church.
Esther was the devoted wife of the late Alex R. Duncan, mother of Alexis D. Schunck and Glenn C. Duncan (Sandi) and grandmother of Adam C. Duncan (Suzann).
Honoring Esther's wishes there will be no public visitation and services will be private.
