Etta Mae Trout, 89, of Latrobe, died Tuesday June 2, 2015 in Bethlen Home, Ligonier. She was born on February 7, 1926 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Sherman and Margaret Wolfe Prettiman. She was a member of Greensburg Alliance Church. She helped her late husband, Rev. Melvin G. Trout at the various churches he pastored throughout Western, PA. Etta Mae enjoyed quilting and worked with the Agency on Aging in Clearfield and she loved being around people. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Bugosh and second husband, Rev. Melvin G. Trout; 4 brothers, Bill, Al, Murph and Clair Prettiman and brother-in-law, Gene Orsinger and sister-in-law, Nancy Prettiman. Etta Mae is survived by her children, Edward Bugosh (Ann) of Monroeville, Melvin D. Trout (Sue) of Latrobe, Peggy Hoffman (Jay) of Keewaydin and Patty Poorman (Don) of Mingoville; her brother, Walt Prettiman of Delmont; sisters, Donna Orsinger of Greensburg and Lois Moore (Jack) of Greensburg; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Etta Mae's family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. Her funeral services will be held at Greensburg Alliance Church, 4428, Route 136, Greensburg on Friday at 10 AM with Pastor Roy Dail officiating.
