Eugene T. (Skip) Crosby, 81 of Greensburg, passed away Monday, July 5, 2010 in his home.
He was born Monday, December 10, 1928 in Unity Twp., Son of the late Edwin (Pete) and Zola Johnson Crosby.
Skip served in the Navy Air Corp during the Korean War.
He retired as an Engineer for the former Bell Telephone Company with 38 years of service..
Skip was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in West Point and the Greensburg Moose Lodge, Latrobe Elks Lodge and the Young Voters Club.
He was preceded in death besides his parents by a Brother: Edwin Merle Crosby.
Surviving are his loving wife Jean Keenan Crosby and a Daughter & Son-in-Law, David and Katherine Crosby Wolfe of Hempfield Twp. , his Sister, Myrna Miller and husband William of Unity Twp.and his Granddaughter, Carrie Elyse Wolfe along with numerous nieces and nephews.. (His family wishes to thank the Heartland Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.)
Family and Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street , Greensburg.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 am with Pastor Frank S. Podolinski Jr.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd Memorial Fund, 501 Fairfield Drive, Greensburg, Pa. 15601
