Gary M. Cottrill, 71, of Greensburg, passed away Monday, May, 20, 2013, at his home. He was born July 14, 1941, in Greensburg, the son of the late Kenneth and Ruth (Hamilton) Cottrill. Gary was retired from the OMNOVA Corp in Jeannette and was an origami fan, always carrying crisp one dollar bills and small tools to create the designs. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents by his loving wife, Ruth Ann in 2008; and his brother, Maynard Cottrill in 2009. Gary is survived by his three sister-in-laws, Lois Jean Norbert, of Jeannette, Betty Stephens, of Waterford, Mich. and Sally Cottrill, of Greensburg; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will be received from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Thursday followed by a service at 12:30 p.m. in the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg. Private interment will be in the Twin Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to one's favorite charity. Terence L.
