Geraldine Mae "Gerry" Snyder, 73 of Greensburg, passed away Monday, November 9, 2009 at her home.
She was born August 8, 1936 in Sharon, a Daughter of the late Edward and Twila (Hughey) Hamel.
Gerry attended Youngstown University, was a housewife, did bookkeeping and volunteered at Westmoreland Hospital and was a member of Maplewood Presbyterian Church, Greensburg.
Surviving are her loving husband, Fred Snyder, four children, David Snyder and wife Melanie, Mark Snyder, Matthew Snyder, and Robert Snyder and wife Kimberly, a Brother, Ronald Hamel and wife Jean , and Seven Grandchildren, Tara, Bradley, Brett ,Megan, Christopher, Elizabeth & Ryan.
Family and friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main St., Greensburg.
A funeral service will be held at the Maplewood Presbyterian Church, 108 Woodland Road, Greensburg on Thursday at 11 am with Rev. Stephen LaSor officiating.
Entombment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.
