Gilbert P. "Gib" Clark, Jr., 83, of Greensburg, died Sunday, June 3, 2018, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born Nov. 16, 1934, a son of the late Gilbert P. Clark and Sara Jane Walthour Clark. Prior to retirement, he worked in sales for Latrobe Steel Company. Gib was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensburg, where he served as a deacon and elder. He was a veteran and served with the Army during the Korean War. He was a mason and belonged to Westmoreland Lodge No. 518.Since they started dating and for many years, three to four times a week, Gib and Pat loved ballroom dancing to live bands. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert W. Clark. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia L. Clark; daughter, Karen Clark Field, and son, Gilbert P. Clark III; four grandchildren, Kristin Field Finegan, Bret Field (Stephanie) and Galiana and Benjamin Clark; two great-grandchildren, Brantley and Colt; sister-in-law, Jessie M. Love; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Beryl and Irene Love; and nieces and nephews, Tina King, Beryl, Brian and David Love, Robert Clark and Cynthia Hofbauer. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg. Funeral services for Gib will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Presbyterian Church, 300 S. Main St., Greensburg. Everyone is asked to please go directly to the church.
