Dr. H. Gene Moss, 69 of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Excela Westmoreland Hospital.
He was born January 24, 1943 in New Eagle and was the son of the late Harold and Mary Dodd Moss .
Gene was the former Vice President of Seton Hill University in Greensburg and then served as Vice-President of W&J College in Washington, PA and retired from the American University School of International Service as the Administrator.
Surviving are his wife, Dian Wright Moss, children Robert James Moss and wife, Lorianne, Barbara C. Moss-Castilla and husband, Yan and their mother, Martha Moss-Benavides and four grandchildren Miya Castilla, Lilian Castilla, Sofia Moss, and Natalie Moss.
Honoring Gene's wishes visitation and services will be held privately by the family in the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main St. Greensburg with Rev. Steve Craft officiating. Private entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Seton Hill University Scholarship Fund 1 Seton Hill Drive, Box 347K, Greensburg, PA 15601.
