Harry Edward Noel, 75 of Ligonier, passed away, Sunday, March 8, 2015. He was born December 22, 1939 in Greensburg a son of the late Clifford and Mary Isabel (Smith) Noel.
Eddie was a painter having been employed at General Motors, West Mifflin. He was also a veteran of the US Army National Guard. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Eddie had a generous and kind spirit and went out of his way to help others. In his spare time, he enjoyed wood-working.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Clifford Noel; a great-grandson, Kyle; a niece, Danielle and a nephew, Sam.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debra (Newell) Noel; his children, Dana (Paton) Mead; Denise Delgrand; Harry Edward Noel, Jr (Sarah) and Eric Noel; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Anita) Noel; a sister, Robin Noel; and a sister in law, June Noel.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ 112 Walton Tea Room Road, Greensburg. The family suggests memorials to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County PO Box 1552, Route 119N, Greensburg, PA 15601.
