Harry Nogasky

January 28, 1947 — April 2, 2017

Harry J. Nogasky, 70, of Greensburg, passed away at home on Sunday, April 2, 2017; it was a beautiful day, perfect for a Sunday trip. He was surrounded by love, warmth, and gratitude.

He was born January 28, 1947 in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Harry and Charlotte Nogasky.

Harry was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Greensburg. He was an avid collector of coins, stamps, and Lionel trains. Harry loved being his family's chauffeur and supervisor, cheering for his children and the Stillers, playing Jeopardy!, and having most of the TV schedule memorized. He was an alchemist of puns, and delighted in never delivering gold.

He worked as a Director of Administrative Computing for Seton Hill.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Spunkie.

Surviving are his wife, best friend, and tireless champion, Marjorie Ward Nogasky; daughter, Megan Jeannine Nogasky (partner, Jack Franks); and son, Andrew Harry Nogasky (partner, Andrea Yassemedis).

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 6 pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.

A prayer service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 9 am, followed by a funeral mass at 9:30 am in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, 300 N. Main Street, Greensburg.

Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.
