Helen Leone

Helen A. (Wilt) Leone, 98 of Twin Lakes died Wednesday, November 10, 2010 in Excela Health Jeannette Hospice Hospital.

She was born January 5, 1912 in Unity Township a Daughter of the late Franklin G. and Emma S. (Betler) Wilt.

She was a member of Zions Lutheran Church, Greensburg.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Leone (2002); a Daughter Emma Ruth Boskey (1983); Infant Twin Son Joseph Leone (1934); Sons in law Mike Boskey (1986) and Peter Maughan (2006); two Daughters in law Sally Myers Leone (1981) and Eileen Lancianese Leone Houser (2001); two sisters Stella Leonard and Florence Serafini; two brothers Hilary Wilt and Charles Wilt. She was the last member of her family.

Surviving are Daughters, Alice Maughan and Thelma Walthour and husband Bill of Greensburg, and Sons, George Leone of Latrobe, and Tom Leone of Luxor, Twelve Grandchildren, Twelve Great Grandchildren, Three Great-Great Granddaughters, and a Number of Nieces and Nephews.

Family and friends are invited Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM and Sat. 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc., 524 North Main St., Greensburg.

A funeral service will be held at Unity Chapel, on Saturday, at 11 AM with Rev. Brian B. Chaffee officiating.

Interment will follow in the Unity Cemetery.

The family would like to express their appreciation to Excela Hospice, The Around the Clock Care Team and Dr. James Masterson for their care and compassion.
