Jacqueline L. Taylor Minick, 90 of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in Westmoreland Manor.
She was born October 1, 1927 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late William A. and Marybelle (Springer) Hartman.
Jackie graduated from the Westmoreland Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1948. She was a former member of the First Baptist Church in Greensburg where she sang in the church choir. Jackie also was a member and choir singer of the North Oak Baptist Church in Citrus Springs FL. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 281 of Greensburg and a member and past President of the Women's Club of Beverly Hills, FL from 1997 to 1999.
Prior to retirement she worked as a Registered Nurse for Westmoreland and Jeannette Hospitals.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, John F. Taylor, second husband, Walter Minick, and sister, Wilma Koch.
Surviving are her daughters, Kathleen Moore and husband, Scott of Indian Lake and Barbara Dawson and husband, James of Irwin; grandchildren, Ryan Moore, Brooke Moore McCudden, Michael Ponterio, Nicole Ponterio Lauricia, Brian Dawson,Pamela Dawson Andrucci, and seven great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received Monday from 4 to 8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.
Services will be held Tuesday in the funeral home at 10:30 am with Rev. Dr. Cliff Hockensmith officiating.
Interment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
