James E. Schuck II, 73 of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at his home.
He was born April 5, 1948 in Greensburg, a son of the late James E. Schuck and Catherine (Prescott) Schuck.
James was an Elder and Deacon of Westminister Presbyterian Church and a former member of First Lutheran Church. He was a 1966 graduate of Greensburg Salem School District and served on the reunion committees for many years. He served his Tool and Die Apprenticeship at Robertshaw Controls and also graduated from Westmoreland County Community College in 1994. James worked at various places during his career; including 12 years at Robertshaw Controls, 9 years at Volkswagen of America, The Budd Company, Elliott Company, Walmart, Sears, Westmoreland County Community College and retiring from the City of Greensburg. One of his biggest joys was walking his dogs, Mike and Bailey and meeting all the neighbors and their dogs. James was a very compassionate person, especially with those in need.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce Schwartz Schuck; and son-in-law, Jonathan Sabol.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Wilson Schuck; son, James E. Schuck, III; daughter, Darcy M. Sabol (Doug Henry) all of Greensburg; daughter, Rana D. Buck of Stafford, VA; grandsons, Tanner Sabol, Austin Henry, and Bryce Henry; brother, John Schuck (Donna) of Greensburg; sister, Kathe Dalicandro (Robb Watters) of Greensburg; brother, Michael Schuck (Michael Holtzman) of Boynton Beach, FL; nieces and nephews; and his dog, Bailey.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N.Main Street, Greensburg.
Services will be held on Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1120 Harvey Avenue, Greensburg at 11:00 am. Everyone is asked to please go to the church.
Interment will follow in the Hillview Cemetery.
