Janice Rafferty

Janice A. (Mapstone) Rafferty, 84, of Jeannette, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at her home. She was born Jan. 27, 1938, in Johnstown, and was the daughter of the late Paul W. and Dolores Conrad Mapstone. Janice was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Rafferty Jr.; and a sister, Patricia Statnick. She is survived by three children, Patricia and Timothy Rafferty and Bridget Rafferty-Himler; two grandchildren, Tristen and Claire Himler; a brother, Dale Mapstone and his wife, Doris; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg. Entombment will follow at St. Clair Cemetery. KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME INC., 524 N.
