Jean Lucinda Baur

Jean Lucinda Baur, 84 of Hempfield Township passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at her home.

She was born January 30, 1939 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late  Paul F. and Sara E. (Montgomery) Eisaman.

Jean was a member of First United Methodist Church in Greensburg. Prior to retirement, she worked as a custodian for Hempfield Area School District.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon P. Baur; brothers, Paul, Wade, John, Carl, and David Eisaman; and sisters, Evelyn Livingston and Fay Eisaman.

Surviving are her sisters, Joan Seaton and Shirley Chalfant (William); sisters-in-law. Beverly Eisaman and Sandra Eisaman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Honoring Jean's wishes no public viewing will be held. A celebration of Jeans life will be held on Saturday,  Sept 9th at11am at Journey Church of Western Pa 311 Holly Place, Mt. Pleasant, Pa 15666 with Pastor Aaron Hatok officiating. 

Interment will the Brush Creek Cemetery.
