John Myers

John S. Myers, 78 of Greensburg, formerly of Ligonier passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at his home.
He was born April 29, 1931 in Washington, PA, a Son of the late John W. and Margaret (Seaman) Myers.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Greensburg and was vice president of the Westmoreland Jazz Society and a member of the Pittsburgh Jazz Society.
He was a retired longtime employee for the former Kings Nursery in Greensburg and also the Stewart Pharmaceutical Co and Greensburg Garden and Civic Center.
In addition to his Parents he was preceded in death by a brother James E. Myers.
Surviving are the following Nieces and nephews, Holly Mackey of San Antonio, Tx, Barbara Dull of Newnan, Ga., Nancy Epstein of Palm Beach Garden, FL., Carol Mitterer of Schwenksville, Pa. and David Myers of Kennett Square, Pa.,
and eleven grand nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Monday from 11 am to 1 pm at the the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main St. Greensburg with a funeral service to follow at 1 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Duane Morford officiating.
Interment with full military honors will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Westmoreland Jazz Society in Greensburg.
