John Pepock

John A. Pepock, 78, of Greensburg, died, Friday, July 11, 2014, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born May 2, 1936, in Greensburg, a son of the late Andrew J. and Mary Jane Penrod Pepock. John was a self-employed paper hanger and painter. As an avid fisherman, he was a member of Chestnut Ridge Bassmen and a former member of Loyalhanna Bass Masters. John was catholic by faith. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Betty Smith. John is survived by his wife Elizabeth A. Scott Pepock; his son, Daniel J.Pepock and wife Sherrie; his daughter Lisa A. Paisley and husband, Jim, all of Greensburg; step-son, Michael Peters and wife Brenda of Herminie ;step-daughter, Jeanne Ryan and husband, Steve of Ligonier; grandchildren, Blake and Chase Johnson; a sister, Janie Twaddle; 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Friends will be received at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg.
