Judith Hamer

Judith Pejack Hamer went to her Lord on 9-21-21 at 5:30 AM with her loving husband by her side. She was born March 3, 1946 in Johnstown, PA to Sophie (Golob) and Stanley Pejack. Judith was preceded in death by her parents; nephew, Terry Pritt Jr and First husband, Richard Ressler.
Surviving are her husband, Richard G. Hamer, who she was married to for 22 years; Sister, Linda (Terry) Pritt of Johnstown; Uncle, Ignatious Pejack of Florida; nieces, Stacy Gay (Dwayne), of Johnstown, Christine (Ressler) Spencer, (Greg) Pittsburg; and Nephews Daniel Ressler (Michelene) of Latrobe and Brian Ressler, (Kayla) of Brushvalley; Stepdaughter, Adriane (Mike) of Mars, PA; and Stepson, Chad (Nikki) of Greensburg; Sister-in-law, Linda Ressler. Also survived by her very special Grandson, Austin, special great nephews, Mark Pritt and Cody Solich and her two best buds, Patti Glowa and Nancy Aleandri.
Judith was a graduate of Greater Johnstown Senior High School in 1964 and Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in 1967. She worked 33 years at Lee Hospital and Community Nursing Service as an RN both as Head Nurse and Staff Nurse. Judith was an active member of South Greensburg United Methodist Church and  Member of KSKJ Lodge #153.
Friends will be received at the South Greensburg United Methodist Church, 411 Sheridan Ave, Greensburg, PA. Friday, September 24, 2021 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM. Service immediately following by Rev. Jack Tickle. Interment at Westmoreland County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County in Greensburg.
