Juliane Wallace

Juliane M. Wallace, 44 of Greensburg, passed away, Monday, July 9, 2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland.

She was born May 23, 1974 in Washington, D.C., a daughter of Ken and Luanna (Murphy) Sproul of Washington, PA.

Juliane was a member of Greensburg Alliance Church where she enjoyed being a part of the Alliance Women and loved to teach kids Sunday School for twenty years.

She was a graduate of Trinity High School, Washington, PA  and Asbury University, Wilmore, KY.

Juliane worked as a teacher having taught at the Pittsburgh East Christian School, the Westmoreland Christian School, the Christian Fellowship Center, Evangel Heights Christian School and most recently as a custodian at her church. She enjoyed attending her children's sporting events, concerts, musicals and other school events.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, William and Ethel Murphy and her paternal grandfather, Bud Sproul.

In addition to her parents, she is survived  by her husband, Brian Paul Wallace; children Emily, Luke, and Andrew Wallace all at home; grandmother, Janet Sproul of Washington, PA; sisters, Missie Merendino (Matt) of Belleville, OH, Rachel Michalko (John) of Houston, PA, and Sarah Sproul of Washington, PA; and nieces and nephews, Caleb, Jordan, Jacob, and Maddie Merendino and Lexi, Mallory, and Toby Michalko and Landon Sproul.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Greensburg Alliance Church, 4428 PA-136, Greensburg.

Additional visitation will be held in the church on Friday from 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Interment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery.
