Lois Lavenia Furniss, 80 of Greensburg formerly of Murrysville passed away Monday, June 7, 2010 in Walnut Ridge Nursing Home.
She was born November 27, 1929 in Pittsburgh, a Daughter of the late Albert and Charlotte Aston Craig.
She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Murrysville.
Lois was a retired employye of the former Southwest Bank.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three Sisters, Vivian Magee, Elizabeth Wright, and Norma Miller and brother George Craig.
Surviving are her husband, William E. Furniss , Daughter, Lee Sacharov and husband Richard of Greensburg, Son, William Furniss, Jr. and wife Kathie, of Ithaca NY, and three Grandchildren, Charlotte Strine and husband Collin, Elizabeth Sacharov and fiance David, and Sara Sacharov.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday 5-8 PM and Thursday 10 til 11 AM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc. 524 North Main St.,Greensburg.
A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home, on Thursday, at 11:00 AM with Pastor David L. Weeks officiating.
Interment will be in the Twin Valley Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Lutheran Church, 4725 Old William Penn Highway, Murrysville, PA 15668.
