Lydia Kepple

January 27, 1900 — October 25, 2009

Lydia C. Kepple, 109 passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior on October 24, 2009.
She has been a resident of Redstone Highlands since May 0f 2008.

She was born on January 27, 1900 in Turkey Town, a daughter of the late William and Annie Dell.

She was a member of Congruity Presbyterian Church and The Presbyterian Women's association. She used her musical talent in her younger years by playing the piano for Sunday School and Worship Services.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles C. Kepple and a son Wilson E. Kepple and his wife Mildred, also brothers Homer, Harris, and William Dell. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Lydia will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her loving children Betty Lou Carr and husband Charles, William "Bill" Kepple and wife Donna , George Kepple and wife Suzanne all of New Alexandria and Shirley Stoltz and husband Ronald of Mt. Pleasant. She will also be missed by her 13 grandchildren, Thirty-six Great grandchildren and 11 Great Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews


Family and friends will be received from 7-9 Tuesday and 3-5 and 7-9 Wednesday at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main St., Greensburg, PA.
Additional visitation will be held on Thursday at the
Congruity Presbyterian Church ,136 Fenelltown Road, New Alexandria from 10:00 to 10:30 am followed by a funeral service with Rev. Clifton Foster officiating
Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Lydia's memory to Congruity Presbyterian Church..
