Margaret Bureau

Margaret T. "Peggy" Bureau, 83 of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in St. Anne Home.

She was born July 29, 1927 in Greensburg, a Daughter of the late Edgar L. and Helen (Mason) Tracy.

Peggy was a graduate of Greensburg High School and Duke University.

Prior to retirement she was a Handwriting Specialist for P.O. Peterson Handwriting .

She was a life long member of the First United Methodist Church, Greensburg where she served on many committee's and she also had been actively involved in the Girl Scout Council.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Bureau and a daughter Margaret E. (Maggie) Bureau Holland.

Surviving are her four children; Edgar Bureau and wife Yvonne , Burrell Bureau and wife Laurie both of Greensburg, Rebecca B. Lustgarten, of Florida and William Bureau and wife Margie of Latrobe, a sister June T. Dusman and husband Dusty of York and a Brother, Clifford B. "Tip" Tracy of Greensburg, Eleven Grandchildren, Matthew Bureau and wife Ti, Lyndsay and Alyssa Bureau, Joshua and Jacob Lustgarten and his wife Adrienne, Brittany, Cody , Heather and Lucas Bureau, and Paige and Sydney Holland; Four Great-Grandchildren; Gunnar and Gavin Lustgarten and Dylan and Lylah Bureau along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church , 15 East Second St., Greensburg on Wednesday September 8th at 10:30 am with Rev. Dr. Duane Morford officiating.
Private interment will be held in St. Clair Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne Home, 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 or One's favorite Charity in Peggy's memory.
