Marion I. Travers, 95, went home to be with her Lord Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Redstone Highlands, Greensburg.
Born in Beech Grove, PA she was the daughter of the late Emma E. Dillemuth and Willis R. Dillemuth.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert V. Schupper and second husband, Charles M. Travers; three brothers, Charles, Frederick, and James; six sisters, Violet, Ethel, Dorothy, Evelyn, Nora, and Gladys; a daughter, Ruth (Byron) White; and son, Richard (Cheryl) Schupper.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol (Doug) Boyce; nine grandchildren, Denise (Charlie) Morabito, Vicky (Al) Wentworth, Craig White, Beth White, Christine (Brian) Thompson, David (Marjon) Boyce, Lisa (Leo) Barch, Eric Schupper, Todd (Shannon) Schupper; and great grandchildren, Scott Thompson, Alyssa Thompson, Sidney White, Samantha Keesler, Jacob Keesler, Parker, Colson, Rowan Boyce, Madeline, Matthew, and Klaire Schupper.
Marion attended Open Door Baptist Church. Before retirement, she worked at a garment factory in White Mills and Hawley. She was a generous person and loved her family. Her family would like to thank Redstone for their wonderful care of Marion.
There will be no viewing. A memorial service is to be announced at Open Door Baptist Church with Pastor Joshua Franklin officiating.
