Marshall A. Tosh, 90 of Greensburg died Monday 11/10/2014 in New Haven Court, Hempfield Township.
He was born in New Bethlehem on 12/25/1923 and was the son of the late Harry H. and Martha Joy Yeany Tosh. Marshall had served during WW II with the Army Air Corp. and was a retired employee with the W.P. Dickerson Company with over 20 years of service. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Greensburg and the Brookville Masonic Lodge. Marshall had a passion for hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ann Tosh in 2006 and a sister Jean Pence.
He is survived by his two children, David (Kathy) Tosh and Patti (John) Stambaugh and four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and his brother Larry (Sandy) Tosh.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6 -8 Pm at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg. Additional visitation will be held on Friday at the First United Church of Christ, 312 South Maple Ave. Greensburg from 10 am till 10:30 am followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am with Rev. Steve Craft officiating, (Everyone please go directly to the church). Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park with military honors accorded by the South Greensburg American Legion.
