Mary Loughner Burkart, 86 of Greensburg, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009 in St Anne Home.
She was born Sunday, April 1, 1923 in Jeannette, Daughter of the late Ralph E. and Marie P. Loughner.
Mary was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral and was a retired employee for the City of Greensburg Tax Office .
She was preceded in death besides her parents by her husband, William J. Burkart and a Brother William Loughner.
Surviving are her devoted children Eileen M. , Karlice L. , James P. Burkart and Joyce Ann Ringling and husband Greg all of Greensburg , William J. Burkart and wife Pat of Sarver and Ralph C. Burkart and wife Becky of Newport News, Va., Eight Grandchildren, Aaron , Megan, Rebecca and Matthew Burkart, Joshua, Rachel, Abigail and Zachary Ringling, and her Sister, Helen Reger of Claridge and Sister-in-law, Elizabeth Loughner of Grapeville and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends will be received Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main St. Greensburg.
A prayer Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 9 am followed by a funeral mass at 9:30 am in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Interment will follow in the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made to either the St Anne Home, 685 Angela Dr. Greensburg or the Aquinas Academy Library Fund, 333 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Greensburg.
