Mary Connor

Mary Jane Connor, 100, of Greensburg, died, Thursday, September 30, 2021 in Transitions Healthcare, North Huntingdon.  She was born in Greensburg on September 8, 1921, a daughter of the late Anthony Wisniewski and Constance “Cora” Chmielewski Wisniewski.  She was known to everyone as “Aunt Mary”. She was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Prior to retirement, she worked as a custodian for Bell Telephone.  Mary enjoyed traveling, going to the beach and flowers.  She loved getting together and socializing with her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth J. Connor; brothers, Adam and Joseph Wisniewski; her sister, Emma Lishego and brother in law, Michael Lishego.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great nephews.  Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg.   A funeral liturgy will be held for Mary on Monday at 10 am in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery.
