Maureen Claudette Scaramuzza

Maureen Claudette Scaramuzza, 84, of Greensburg, passed away peacefully, Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Brookdale Murrysville. She was born August 16, 1939, in Buffalo, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha Besanson O’Donnell. She was a member of St. Bruno Church, South Greensburg. Prior to retirement, Maureen was a self-employed seamstress. Maureen enjoyed bowling and gardening. She loved to travel and go to casinos. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pasquale “Pat” Scaramuzza; brother Alwin O’Donnell; sisters, Barbara Bartkowiak and Kathleen Duscher. Maureen is survived by her daughter Gabriella Kaecher (Larry); son David Scaramuzza (Christie Shuttleworth); 4 grandchildren, Damien Sperber, Cody Fasano (Amber), Makila Scaramuzza and Faith Scaramuzza; great grandson, Carter Scaramuzza; brothers, Donald O’Donnell (Ruth) and Peter O’Donnell (Karen); sister-in-law, Nancy O’Donnell; also, many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. A liturgy outside of mass will be held at 10 am on Thursday in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery. For online condolences, please visit www.kepplegraft.com.
