Neil R. Husband, 74 of Greensburg, passed away, Friday, July 31, 2015 in Hempfield Manor. He was born June 20, 1941 in Greensburg a son of the late Frank Byron and Irene (Jones) Husband.
Neil attended the Greensburg Alliance Church and was involved with the Hempfield Band for many years. He also served as a Scout Master. He was employed for many years at Limpco Manufacturing and had also worked for Brake Drum and Equipment, JC Penney and most recently at UPS and for First Student as a bus driver, where he enjoyed transporting students to school.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marian M. Husband; a son, Scott R. Husband; a great grandson, Reese N. Pfoutz; and his sister, Karen Mitnick.
He is survived by his children, Melinda S. Scott; Terri L. Rios(Rick); Cindy L. Husband; Sandy J. Spittka (Paul); Kevin D. Husband (Heather); a daughter in law, Laura Husband; eighteen grandchildren, a grandson soon to be born and eleven great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC 524 N. Main Street, Greens burg and Monday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm the time of his funeral service with Dr. Robert Statler officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
