Norine M. Bononi

Norine M. Bononi, 92 of Greensburg, passed away, Sunday, September 29, 2024 in St. Anne Home, Greensburg. She was born April 12, 1932 in Crafton a daughter of the late Albert and Norine (Crowe) Buzza.

Norine was a graduate of Elizabeth Seton High School and received her degree from Seton Hill College in 1954. She had been employed by the IBM Corporation as an ERM Systems Service Instructor. Norine was also a faithful member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Greensburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas, Albert, Robert and Jack Buzza and a sister, Rosemary Klein.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Fred E. Bononi; her children, Eric E. Bononi and his wife Michele of Greensburg; Karen E. Bononi of Pittsburgh and Christian J. Bononi and his wife Angela of Export; three grandchildren, Nicole M. Wilson (Nathan), Benjamin D. Bononi and Silvia M. Bononi; and two great grandchildren, Olivia M. Wilson and Cadence E. Wilson.

Family and friends are invited to attend Norine’s Funeral Mass on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill 144 DePaul Center Road, Greensburg, PA 15601 www.scsh.org.
