Patricia Ann Statler, 83, of Greensburg passed away, Friday, January 19, 2018, at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. She was born February 27, 1934, in Latrobe a daughter of the late Riley and Catherine (Patty) Ross.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Statler, along with her husband, Martin, operated Statler’s Par 3 Golf Course, Greensburg, which eventually grew into Statler’s Fun Center. She attended the Greensburg Alliance Church and in her spare time enjoyed sewing, playing cards and cooking for her family where she truly shared her love. Years ago, Patricia received her barber’s license and worked at Ross’ Barber Shop, Latrobe, with her mom, Catherine.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Riley Ross, Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Martin R. Statler, her two sons, Robert Statler and his wife, Sheri, and Scott Statler and his wife, Nancy; five grandchildren, Robert Statler; Rebecca Malloy (Joseph); Jennifer Dail (Kevin); Daniel Statler (Chrissy) and David Statler; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Carl Ross (Angie); a sister, Betsy Ross and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to a Remembrance Gathering on Sunday from 6 to 8 PM in the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 524 N. Main St. Greensburg. A memorial service to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held on Monday at 10:30 am at the Greensburg Alliance Church, 4428 Route 136, Greensburg, with Rev.
