Patrick D. Carnicella, 54 of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2010 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital.
He was born Sunday, April 24, 1955 in Spangler, Pa., Son of Angeline Carnicella of Patton and the late Joseph Carnicella .
Pat was the Transportation Director for the Hempfield Area School District .
He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church and the Son's of Italy Lodge.
He will be sadly missed and loved by all his family and friends. Pat was a wonderful husband and father. He was a true example of selfless Love.
Surviving are his loving wife, Janice Tagliati Carnicella and his children Dominick Carnicella and wife Lindsay of Monroeville, Michael, Angela and Nicholas Carnicella all of Greensburg and his Brothers Anthony Carnicella, James Carnicella and wife Vicki, and Gerald Carnicella and wife Donna and several nieces and nephews..
Family and Friends will be received Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street Greensburg.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church, 1001 Mt. Pleasant Road Greensburg on Wednesday at 9:30 am with interment to follow in the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery..
